President & Chief Executive Officer
Trent Boehm is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Redstone Oil Corp. He brings more than 20 years of experience across the energy sector and capital markets, including senior leadership and board roles at both public and private companies.
Trent’s background includes strategic advisory, capital allocation, and corporate governance, with a focus on building businesses that create durable value across commodity cycles. At Redstone, he is responsible for setting the Company’s strategic direction, overseeing capital discipline, and establishing governance standards aligned with long-term shareholder interests.
Jerry Lam
Chief Financial Officer
Jerry Lam brings nearly 30 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer and senior finance leader within the Canadian upstream oil and gas sector. His background includes financial reporting under IFRS, internal controls, corporate governance, and capital markets readiness.
At Redstone, Jerry is responsible for financial stewardship, reporting discipline, and the development of systems and controls that support prudent capital allocation, transparency, and long-term scalability.
Steven Metzger
Vice President, Exploration
Steven Metzger has more than 25 years of exploration experience in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin. He is a proven prospect generator with a track record of drill-bit–driven value creation grounded in geotechnical rigor and disciplined exploration leadership.
At Redstone, Steven leads subsurface evaluation and opportunity generation, with responsibility for technical screening, risk identification, and the development of repeatable exploration concepts that meet the Company’s risk-adjusted return criteria.
Chris Kirby
Chief Operating Officer
Chris Kirby has more than 20 years of experience across production operations, development planning, reserves, facilities, and corporate strategy within the upstream oil and gas industry. He holds a Professional Engineer (P. Eng.) designation.
As Chief Operating Officer, Chris oversees operational planning and execution, with a focus on safe, reliable operations, capital efficiency, and the translation of technical concepts into repeatable, executable development programs.
Ray Bang
Vice President, Land
Ray Bang is a senior land professional with over two decades of experience in land acquisition, negotiation, and strategic portfolio development in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.
Most recently, he served as Senior Landman at NuVista Energy, where he expanded the company's Montney land position by 30%, adding approximately 600 well locations and contributing to over $1 Billion in transactions.
He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Petroleum Land Management from the University of Calgary.

Director
Mark Stainthorpe is a senior energy finance executive with over 23 years of progressive experience at Canadian Natural Resources Limited, one of Canada's largest and most successful independent energy producers. Served as Chief Financial Officer from 2019 to 2025, with responsibility for all financial management, treasury operations, tax strategy, and investor relations for a company with enterprise value exceeding $100 billion.
He was a member of the Management Committee with extensive board-level governance experience. Mark has deep expertise in capital markets, credit and equity financing, investor relations, and corporate strategy development
